Super foods for super humans

Synopsis:

As humans, we can - and deserve to - feel clear, inspired and energetic on a daily basis. One of the most direct ways that we can enhance our creative output is by improving our input in its most basic form: our fuel, the foods that we eat. Enter the superfoods, certain plant-foods that contain intensely concentrated nutrients that enable both the mind and body to operate on a higher level. They straddle the gap between food and medicine, and can be easily consumed as part of the diet rather than as isolated supplements. This workshop is a hands-on experience providing practical information on why and how to incorporate superfoods into the diet in a delicious and rewarding way.


Bio:

Jess is passionate about good food and its implications for inspired living. She has an MA in Gastronomy and served as the Food Editor for Living Raw Magazine. She has published on food topics in print and electronic media, and blogged on topics relating to natural foods and creativity.
