Agara bark is a substance from the Papua New Guinea highlands with reported hallucinogenic properties. This workshop will describe scientific experiments and research on the human pharmacology of galublimima bark, as well as propose methods for psychonautic bioassays based on the Heffter technique (Ott 1995).

Benjamin Thomas, Esq. is a scientist who is the world's leading expert on Galbulimima. He is the author of the best-selling book “Drugs of the Dreaming: Oneirogens: Salvia Divinorum and Other Dream-Enhancing Plants” [Rochester, VT: Park Street Press; 2006]. Thomas has published more than 35 journal articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He conducted the first human experiments with Galbulimima bark in 2005.
