Beyond evidence-based drug policy

Facilitator: Erik van Keulen
Synopsis:
Fact is, we see the world differently. Our beliefs and practices are not illegal because of evidence, but because of ethnocentric temperance cultures which are increasingly targeting old and new entheogenic traditions. Most of us believe prohibition creates and increases risks, and makes benefits less likely. So what role might our beliefs and practices play in drug policy debates? And how might drug policy respect and make room for entheogenic worldviews?
