Ray Thorpe is the founder of the Happy High Herbs franchise.He commenced trading from market stalls in the Northern Rivers region to promote the cause for herbs and natural remedies.After opening his first store in Nimbinin 1995,he could see that the message for herbs and rational drug law reform could be furthered by opening more stores around Australia and overseas.There are currently 35 stores in Australia,four in America,and one in New Caledonia and Camden in England.Ray has written one book"Happy High Herbs" that is in its sixth reprint and sold 30,000 copies.He lives in Uki,inland from Byron Bay,not far from Nimbin~ but far enough!
