Allowing this time to relax deeply and free up the ‘self’ using repetitive movement, sound and breath to bring you into a heightened state of awareness. Putting you under pressure in class to allow you to shine and be strong like diamonds. Physically, Kundalini Yoga nourishes and strengthens your nervous system and hormonal system, allowing you to have greater strength and balance in your day and to meet everything that life brings. A kriyas in Kundalini yoga is a complete set of actions that has a specific purpose. The meditations also have a specific outcome. These can vary from a peaceful mind, cleansing the lymph system to prosperity. There is a kriya or meditation for pretty much anything in Kundalini Yoga. The only way to really understand Kundalini Yoga is to experience it.
