This eye catching fluro dragon has attended a lot of events over the years; everything from Chinese New Year celebrations to folk festivals and dance parties. Recently grabbing audience attention at "Lost the Plot", his first Melbourne appearance, this 10ft interactive fluro fluffy stilt character, with his shiny disco ball eyes, was found dancing on the dance floor, sharing hugs and bringing a lot of smiles to a lot of faces.
