There will also be a of performances and art element at EGA this year, they may come in may forms such as art, text, visual, performances, market spaces, plant trade spaces and soundscape elements.

Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony will be similar in some ways to last years format. We are therefore asking people to bring small offerings to include if they are making a prayer bundle. These bundles will be burnt...so make sure your object is ok for the fire. This is a sacred time to release any old patterns, blocks or wounds. The fire purifies and gives us a clear place from which to begin our blessed joyful conference. I'm sure you are all sensible enough to not burn anything toxic...after all the ceremony is a reminder of our sacred duty to the earth. There will be plenty of herbs and other plant/nature 'stuff' to put in bundles with your prayers. Feathers, seeds nuts, leaves, etc are also appropriate.
