EGA 2007 will be a primarily a camping conference.

You will need to bring your own bedding and camping gear - everything you need to feel comfortable.
Please come prepared to stay for 4 days in potentially hot weather i.e. lightweight clothing, lots of water, sunscreen, hats etc. There is also a weather warning for rain/storms so be prepared for that too!

STOP PRESS! ACCOMODATION - SOLD OUT

Once again, we will have a limited amount of beds in cabins available at EGA. Beds in a large dormitory style room will be $60 each, which covers you from Friday to Monday. If you wish to stay on Monday night as well, there will be an additional $10 fee.

Beds will need to be paid for in cash upon arrival at the conference. You will have to bring all your own personal bedding along as we are just providing the space and mattress. See picture below;

Food

Vegetarian food will be available for purchase from Lentil as Anything at the conference kitchen. You can buy meals either individually or for a set price of $60 which covers all your meals for the duration of the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Due to shire regulations Lentil are only allowed to cater for 250 people so please help out by bringing some of your own food or sharing with others.

No kitchen facilities are available for private use, however we do recommend bringing some of your own food. Passouts will be allowed for those who need to leave the venue so you can resupply in town.
